Robbing Centaurs and Other Bad Ideas
Wick the tree messenger is bound for success. His career as a messenger is better than it's ever been, and he's on the fast track to getting an even more important job as a counsilor. But before he can succeed, word spreads that a thief is after the most powerful magic in Aro, the Heather Stone, and stealing it piece by piece. To be safe, Wick is entrusted with moving one of the stones to a safer location.

On his journey, Wick is overtaken by the thief himself, a seraph named Archer, but Archer's plans as he explains them are nothing like what everyone thinks. Wick doesn't know what to believe, but Archer seems so sure. Wick's options are limited: ignore Archer and keep his piece of the Heather Stone out of potentially dangerous hands, or choose to trust this thief and the warning he brings.
Something is coming. An ancient scourge that could destroy all of Aro. All that stands in its way are an uncertain messenger and an untrustworthy thief.

If he chooses wrong, Wick could lose everything.

Only days after being thrown in jail for their crimes, Archer and Wick are back out and on the run again. The dark force is getting closer on the horizon, and the stones they need to stop it have been scattered once more. Time is running out; there is no room for do-overs. But this time they have even fewer resources than before. None of their previous allies trust them, and those who hated them before are now out for blood. Still, they have to do this, even if some people don't turn out to be who they thought they were.

DragonFire and Other Nonsense
When you face the end, who will you become?

Wick the now-human and Archer the broken seraph awaken in a burning city, and that’s the least of their troubles. Archer can’t manage to talk to his brother about their losses back home. His fruit drink concoctions still taste nothing like his mother’s did, and on top of it all, something in the forest seems to be hunting him down.

Wick struggles to keep his head above water, striving to help his own people and navigate increasingly complicated relationships, all while doing his best to stop Archer from spiraling.

Oh, and the dragonkin army has presented an ultimatum: surrender the Heather Stones or die.

Refugees flood the Valley of the Centaurs, taking up resources that they don’t have and asking questions that no one can answer. Wick and Archer’s enemies, old and new, crowd to their doorstep, looking for help. They have just a few weeks to prepare for battle with an enemy they hardly understand, and with no working Heather Stones left to help them, Aro is running out of options.

In the face of so much grief, is it worse to be bitter, or broken?
